I am responsible for our KIME account at Trackman, we recently had our agency Bonzer handle this its connected to viwe@trackman.com. We would like to manage this as our own account. I've updated payment to KIME Lite but am still getting access issues and notifications.

When hovering the prompt volume indicator, the text bubble that appears is clickable (it shouldn’t be) and leads to the homepage
