Hi, I don't really understand why I can't use the ai agent for questions anymore?

I am responsible for our KIME account at Trackman, we recently had our agency Bonzer handle this its connected to viwe@trackman.com. We would like to manage this as our own account. I've updated payment to KIME Lite but am still getting access issues and notifications.
